第一种：V文截图工具——HyperSnap 6

a.先安装HyperSnap 6，安装文件请下载三个压缩包
b.打开软件点击菜单栏里的“捕捉/整页滚动（整页卷动）”这时窗口会最小化，把鼠标放到V文空白地方，按下左键，屏幕就会自动滚动一页，最后保存
c.截取下来的图保存成JPG或GIF，最后把图片处理成适当的大小，利用附件上传就OK了
